Safety

All our work complies with the current health and safety regulations. Our equipment and methods of operation are constantly being updated to maintain the high standards of safety we demand for both our clients and staff.

We ask customers to cooperate with our requests regarding safety whilst work is being undertaken - it is mutually beneficial.

Insurance

Our customers are covered through a Public Liability and Third Party Insurance to the tune of £2m. The interests of our staff and their families are also fully covered through our Employer's Liability Insurance. Both of the above policies give peace of mind to our customers, ensuring that they, their property and our staff are fully protected whilst the work is being carried out.

Quality

All the materials we use are of the best quality and are fitted to the highest standard. Where applicable all British Standards and Codes of Practice are adhered to. Being members of the Confederation of Roofing Contractors we naturally follow all the recommendations made by the National Roofing Council.

Guarantee

All our work both labour and materials is guaranteed as laid out in our guarantee form (copies of which are available on request). We only deal with reputable manufacturers who give guarantees with their materials.

Our guarantees are also transferable, as long as the conditions of transfer are adhered to, thus giving true added value to the property.

Satisfaction

Our reputation as a company is dependent on your satisfaction.
Our employees are chosen for their skills and the pride they take in their work - your satisfaction is their reward. We cannot undertake work where the request is to do a 'quick patch-up job', we can only do a job properly.

Quotations

Our quotations are free and valid for 60 days. Wherever possible we will try to honour our quotations beyond 60 days subject to any material or labour increases.

Our quotations are fully binding. Your job, if accepted by us, will be completed to the letter - our reputation is at stake. Feel free to call us on any aspect of the quotation.

Prices

A 'cheap' job is something we can't provide - what we can, and do, guarantee is 'value for money'.

Reliable materials, reliable staff and reliable companies, all have their price. It is the computation of these that produces the overall price which we believe is value for money. Cutting prices can only be achieved by cutting quality - we don't believe this is right.

Personnel

As we have already stated, we only employ highly experienced, reliable and motivated staff. All our roofers are professionally trained, local and full-time members of staff - we do not use sub-contractors. Their training includes customer relations, they are aware that the work we undertake can be disruptive and adequate consideration must be given to the customer's concerns and wishes where possible.

Minimum Disruption

We are very aware that to most of our customers the job we are doing for them is a major undertaking. Our contracts are planned to cause the minimum disruption to our customers and we are happy to outline our plan and incorporate their wishes prior to commencement. Our aim is to complete the work in the shortest time possible without cutting corners.

Local Staff

All our staff are local people. They understand that customers require that the work is completed as soon as possible. They will undertake a full day's work with limited breaks.

Their normal hours are from 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, but these can be extended if necessary.

Direct Contact

Problems can arise when extensive work is being undertaken and sometimes customers feel they cannot discuss their problems with the staff 'on the job'.
